Job Description

NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | REYNOSA, TAMPS

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for Customer Service to join our Materials team and become a key link between our customers and plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer releases and requirements in SAP.
  • Monitor demand changes and communicate trends to Production and Materials.
  • Coordinate shipping plans and customer pickup dates.
  • Manage Scheduling Agreements and prevent customer backorders.
  • Follow up on inventory levels and customer priorities.
  • Support production planning according to customer demand.
  • Manage customer portals and special requirements.
  • Work closely with Production, Logistics, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of automotive Materials / Customer Service experience
  • Experience with GM, Stellantis, Ford ,BMW and VW portals
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Advanced Excel
  • Advanced English
