Job Purpose and Impact

The Customer Service Representative will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will provide clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basicunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures.
  • Participate in executing customer service strategies.
  • Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Position Details

  • Location: Gibson City, IL; Relocation assistance is not provided for this role
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday typically from 8:00am - 4:30pm. There are also some events that will require work after normal business hours, including weekends
  • The business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
  • The expected salary for this position is $41,000 - $48,000/yr. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
