The Customer Service Representative is a full-time position responsible for providing professional customer support to facilitate the relationship between the organization and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for incoming calls and onsite visitors, where applicable; forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; answering general questions and providing accurate and complete information, using established methods/tools.
• Manages customer complaints from intake to resolution; escalating issues to appropriate personnel; keeping records of customer interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
• Provides departmental support by performing routine tasks including but not limited to documenting and filing warranty information; reviewing and correcting records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system; identifying opportunities for improving the customer service process and implementing best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or office environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow through
• Displays active listening skills, giving full attention and taking time to understand the points being made
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, positive high energy work ethic and integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook email, Word, and Excel
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
