This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in customer service, international business operations, logistics, and manufacturing while working with customers around the world.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
• Assist in resolving order, shipping, invoicing, and documentation issues
• Support customers throughout the United States and the world
• Learn international shipping and export documentation processes
• Maintain accurate information within ERP and customer service systems
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer service processes

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
• 0-4 years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
• Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
