In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, helping manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and internal teams by:Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finishCoordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teamsProcess orders, changes, and customer requests accuratelyCommunicate order status and provide solutions to customer concernsBuild strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resourceMaintain accurate customer records and documentationSupport continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking ForCustomer service, account management, administrative, or office experience preferredManufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to customer satisfactionProficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
