• Sales order execution and follow ups, including:
- Receive, validate and process customer orders accurately and timely in SAP.
- Provide Order Acknowledge and shipping documents to customers timely and work for order related requests and issues
- Track STP & STR and work with team to implement corrective actions or improvement plan for smooth order process and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and support for account receivable, overdue payment, credit limit management and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
• Monthly reports
• Work with team for RMA process and follow ups
• Team back up and other project supports as needed
