Job Description

We are seeking customer-focused professionals who are interested in building a long-term career with a large and established automotive finance organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, call center, or administrative experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Comprehensive training is provided, along with ongoing development opportunities and clear paths for career growth. Previous call center or collections experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Depending on team placement, responsibilities may include:

Customer Service

• Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payments, payoffs, and related requests.
• Research issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.

Collections Support

• Contact customers regarding past-due vehicle payments.
• Identify reasons for delinquency and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account concerns.
• Perform basic account research and follow-up activities.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while meeting performance expectations.

Loan Funding & Data Entry

• Process new loan applications and account updates.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Update loan status information and close out accounts as required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Pre-requisites

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cypress, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
