This is more than a traditional retail position—you'll assist customers, inspect and prepare rental equipment, install hitches, and help ensure every customer has a safe and successful moving experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work as part of a supportive team while gaining valuable customer service and technical skills. Every day is different, offering opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. No experience with trailers, hitches, propane, or forklifts is required—we provide paid training and certifications.

This position is active and hands-on. You'll spend time assisting customers both inside the store and outdoors on the lot. Work may involve moving equipment, working around vehicles and machinery, exposure to weather, and using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, or other required gear.
The position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the workday. Team members must be able to move equipment and lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with or without assistance. The role also involves safely moving trucks and trailers and performing physical tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments.
