Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email, maintaining high-quality customer service and support, including processing complaints and customer documents as required
• Maintain a positive, professional and solution focused approach in all customer engagement
• Collaborate with global team, team members and internal team (Sales, Sales Support, Service and Logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of contractual documentation and check the correctness of contracts entered by sales representatives. Identify recurring issues and contribute to refining support workflows and customer service procedures
• Execute administrative tasks, update customer data, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across records
• Record and manage customer interactions in our CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, ABS).
• Generate ad-hoc reports and analyze reports data based on requirements for further internal processing

Skills and qualifications

Essential:

• Secondary school or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or customer care role
• Proficiency in the Czech language (required) and English language (B1 level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent attention to detail, responsibility, and independence
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – this may be tested

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Salesforce or/and Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
