As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the successful execution of customer projects from enquiry through to delivery.

Working closely with customers, sales teams, design, production planning and manufacturing teams, you will ensure projects are managed efficiently, customer expectations are met, and business objectives are achieved. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships while supporting commercial growth and operational excellence.

The Role

  • Providing a high level of customer service support to our customers and Customer Solutions Managers
  • Liaise directly with customers for ongoing projects. Build strong customer relationships.
  • Work alongside Sales Team in expanding our presence in these new markets.
  • Link with production planning regarding lead times and required project information.
  • To react to new inquiries in a precise and timely manner.
  • To upload an efficient number of sales orders onto ERP system (BVP) in a precise and timely manner.
  • To complete graphic and structure design briefs. Liaise with design team on projects.
  • Set up BVP estimates before estimating is completed.
  • Estimating in accordance with Pricing Policy.
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Releasing works tickets to production in order of importance.
  • Organising your work flow to meet production requirement deadlines.
  • Tracking progress on all projects on a shared file. Keeping this tracker up to date.
  • Any other reasonable duties requested by management.
