Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role will take place at our facility in El Paso, TX.

The Customer Service Representative provides product, pricing, order, and delivery information to customers, distributors, end users, prospective customers, and Field Sales representatives. The position supports daily customer service activities by processing customer orders, maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring order status, and coordinating with operations and logistics teams to facilitate timely deliveries. The role follows established procedures to ensure accurate order management while delivering responsive and professional customer service that supports customer satisfaction and business growth.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $86000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide product, pricing, delivery, and order status information to customers and Field Sales representatives.
  • Process customer orders through company order management systems.
  • Enter customer order changes and cancellations following established procedures.
  • Verify customer information, pricing, shipment quantities, requested delivery dates, and routing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
  • Monitor open orders and communicate status updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with operations, shipping, and logistics teams to support timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with expediting orders and shipments when requested.
  • Arrange transportation pickups and shipment coordination as directed.
  • Communicate with third-party logistics providers regarding shipment status and delivery performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine issues using established processes and guidelines.
  • Escalate non-routine customer concerns to supervisors or appropriate departments.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, supply chain, logistics, or related within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
