Bring your energy to Aggreko as Customer Service Representative. You’ll play a key role in the efficient running of the customer centre, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, and exceeding customer expectations.

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:
Act as the principle point of contact for Aggreko’s customers
Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental
Collaborate with the sales and Operations teams to ensure successful customer experience
Meet the expectations and requirements of the customers
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect
Handle incoming customers calls to address equipment, service or contract queries
Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations
You are:
Experienced in customer service or account management role
Have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to gather information from customers and offer suitable product and service solutions
Experienced using CRM systems
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Collaborative working style across wider teams
