Your challenge
Deliver outstanding customer service while helping customers,colleaguesand partners quickly and accurately.
You’llbe the first point of contact
You answer questions from customers, cardholders and colleagues by phone and email. You listen carefully,provideclearanswersand create a positive customer experience in the customer's local language whenever possible.
You’llsolve problems that matter
You investigate customer questions, resolvecomplaintsand keep customers informed throughout the process. When needed, you involve the right colleagues and make sure every case is followed up untilit'sresolved.
You support healthy customer relationships
You work closely with Sales, Credit, Treasury, Accounts Receivable and other teams to support customers with invoicing,paymentsand credit-related questions. By following up proactively, you help reduce risks whilemaintainingstrong customer relationships.
You keep administrationaccurate
You process customer informationcarefully;follow established procedures and ensure every detail is correct. You quickly find your way through systems and stay up to date with new processes and policies.
You work as one team
You collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures. By sharing knowledge and supporting each other, you help deliver consistent, high-quality service every day. When needed, you also support the Customer Service Administration team to keep the business running smoothly.
This is you
You are fluent in English,Slovenian,SerbianandCroatianYou have strong multilingual communication capabilities
You have a secondary education diploma and one to three years of experience in customer service or another commercial role.
You enjoy helping customers and always look for the best solution.
You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.You have strongcollaboration and interpersonal skills
Youcanexplain complex information in a simple and professional manner
