
We are seeking a professional and organized receptionist to join our teal. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage reception operations, and support office functions with excellent customer service and administrative skills. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational abilities nd proficiency with office technology to ensure smooth daily operations across various departments.
Duties include;
- Greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and verifying vaccinations.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Utilize excel, word, and other office management software for daily tasks.
- Support administrative functions such as calendar management, email correspondence, and supply inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment.
- Provide support for clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and document preparation.
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform additional office management duties as needed to facilitate efficient workflow.
Salary starting at $20/hr
Customer Service: 1 year preferrred
Pet Vaccine Knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
