Provides effective customer service, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. Interfaces with customers to process orders, handle inquiries. Ensures product delivery and customer satisfaction, in a timely manner.
At Plant level, receives and processes customer orders, gives shipping orders as agreed with the customer, and invoices the goods shipped according to the customer's contractual terms. In the case of export, prepare the documents necessary to export the goods, in accordance with legal regulations.
