Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT

Role purpose:

• Order taking for FBS products, and all other activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keep high level of customer satisfaction within T&L policies and efficiency scopes.
• Problem solving to ensure best customer service.

Main responsibilities:

• responsible for the process from orders receipt till the order is fully and on time delivered at the customer.
• agree with customers on delivery dates, hours and place and work with supply chain offices to meet the customer requirements, within T&L rules.
• close cooperation with any other teams related to the operations: Sales Account Managers, Logistic, Product Managers, Billing and Credit Control department,
• regular update of sales order text notes.
• processes customers complaints/claims according to T&L procedures, cooperate with different departments of the company to manage customer’s complaints.
• Action for the orders on credit block/payment in advance
• follows up a billing tracker and a dispute report and takes necessary actions with SAM to solve open issues ASAP.
• share all relevant technical, quality, transport etc. documents/certificates.
• uploading all relevant technical, quality request into Quality portal
• keep active and permanent contact with customers - on phone, in written.
• to follow Customer’s portfolio + Master Data activity in order management area.
• keep active and permanent contact with Sales Account Managers.
• keep active and permanent contact with the Team and follow Tam values.
• follow T&L health & safety procedures, attend safety and all other compulsory trainings.
• To follow communication WOW procedure
