  • Responsible for providing customer service support to help to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, assisting the team in providing a communicative link between our products/services and our customers and building an accurate understanding of the customer's needs and expectations.
  • The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide assistance to customers in resolving their queries related to billing, product information, service requests etc., while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

    Responsibilities: • Provide timely and efficient support to customers by answering questions and responding to requests via phone or email.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team and propose solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Stay updated on products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Proactively seek out new ways to improve customer experience.

    Qualifications:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
    • Experience in handling customer queries over phone and emails.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
