- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone, in person, and in writing.
- Someone who stays calm and sharp when the pace picks up.
- Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented with record-keeping.
- Familiarity with CRM, POS systems, or Microsoft Office is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

What You'll Do
Customer Service & Support
- Be the primary point of contact for house accounts and walk-in customers, handling inquiries, orders, and transactions with speed and accuracy.
- Provide accurate information and solutions that leave customers confident in every interaction.
Sales Support & Transactions
- Assist customers through orders and purchases, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Identify and capture upsell opportunities naturally during customer interactions.
- Partner with the branch team to support a seamless customer experience.
Relationship Management
- Build genuine relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business — you're a trusted resource, not just a transaction processor.
- Gather and share customer feedback with sales and product teams to help improve what we offer.
Records & Administration
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to customer accounts and transactions.
