Prime Plastics, a VINMAR's company, is looking for an English-Speaking Customer Service Representative in Sindos.

Due to our rapid growth and ambitious plans of expansion, we are looking for skillful and bright individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Purpose of Job:

The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers on behalf of the company. They connect with customer to handle complaints, process orders and provide information. If the information received generated Sales Leads this is shared with the Sales Force with the goal of generating a sale.

Key Activities:

• Customer Management
• Follows up on on-time resolution of Claims, within the agreed time frame of the procedure.
• Customer Relations:

1. Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts with open and interactive communication.
2. Make it easy and pleasant to do business with VCP.
3. Main channel of communication with customers to update order status like
4. Checking and changing delivery dates with customer

• Order Management

1. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
2. Checking order credit status and follow up with credit department keeping Account Managers informed.

• Administration & Accurate Record Keeping:

1. Keep records of interactions with customers.
2. CRM master data maintenance (changing names, delivery addresses, COA addresses, etc).
3. Sending COA, technical data sheets and other supporting documents

• Team Player
• Keep clear and good collaboration between functions (Sales, GRSC, Credit Control)

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A college degree is required with a preference for a focus on logistics or business.
• 3 years of working experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• English (fluent)
