About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end when riders need help. You'll handle incoming calls with a calm, confident approach—solving problems, answering questions, and turning rough rides into smooth experiences. Whether you're helping someone find their driver or resolving a payment issue, you’ll be making a real impact every day.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls from riders
  • Troubleshoot issues with app functionality, rides, or payments
  • Deliver helpful, friendly, and on-brand support with every interaction
  • Guide users step-by-step to find solutions fast
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and issues
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude—even on tough days
  • Work with teammates and supervisors to share feedback and improve processes

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Empathy, patience, and professional communication skills
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask across systems while keeping your customer first
  • Experience in customer service, rideshare support, retail, or hospitality is a plus
  • Flexibility to work different shifts

Must Haves

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Pittsburgh, PA office
