Customer Service Representative


Join a dynamic residential and commercial cleaning organization with franchise locations across the U.S., supporting daily operations, customer service, sales, recruiting, and data entry. This role is ideal for a sharp Spanish-speaking professional who is confident on the phone, organized with follow-ups, and able to help customers feel comfortable choosing cleaning services for their homes or businesses.


What You'll Do:


  • Answer incoming customer and employee calls, with most communication happening by phone.

  • Respond to emails and assist with general administrative follow-up.

  • Guide prospective customers through the sales and quoting process by asking about bedrooms, bathrooms, service frequency, home condition, photos if needed, and other relevant details.

  • Use the company’s proprietary calculator to generate cleaning quotes and present pricing clearly to customers.

  • Help convert one-time cleaning customers into recurring weekly or biweekly service through post-cleaning follow-up.

  • Handle customer concerns or complaints, such as pricing questions, poor service feedback, or missing-item concerns.

  • Coordinate with managers or franchise owners when pricing approval or sales flexibility is needed while keeping the customer engaged.

  • Enter, update, and close jobs in the company system.

  • Assist employees in the field with job-site questions, access issues, scheduling needs, and basic support.

  • Assist owners with other general administrative tasks such as posting recruitment ads and assisting with hiring additional cleaners, as well as contributing to customer service, sales, recruiting, and operations.


Who You'll Work With:


Be an integral part of a dynamic cleaning services team, supporting franchise owners, managers, field employees, and customers with smooth communication, reliable follow-up, and the ability to build trust throughout the service process.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Spanish-Speaking:

    Must speak Spanish to support a large portion of field employees.

  • Strong Communication:

    Must have smooth, professional, and trustworthy phone communication when speaking with customers, employees, and internal team members.

  • Sales-Comfortable:

    Able to handle quote requests, ask follow-up questions, respond to objections, and encourage customers to book services.

  • Sales-Forward Personality:

    Must show potential in having a sales-forward personality and be able to push professionally to help close jobs.

  • Tech-Savvy and Trainable:

    Comfortable learning company systems, using a quote calculator, entering job details, and quickly picking up new processes.

  • Customer-Service Minded:

    Able to handle new quote requests and difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.

  • Highly Organized:

    Able to manage calls, emails, data entry, follow-ups, job updates, and support for franchise owners without losing details.

  • Flexible Support Mindset:

    Comfortable wearing multiple hats and supporting franchise owners directly.

  • Experience:

    General work experience is required. Exposure to sales is a plus, but not necessary.
