As the first point of contact for our clients, you will set the tone for our hospital’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is poised, compassionate, and able to manage multiple priorities with grace. You will handle client communications, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks that ensure the seamless operation of our hospital.

Pay starts at $16.00 - $20.00/hour DOE + tips

Reports To: General Manager

• Experience in customer service (veterinary or healthcare preferred)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Comfort with computers and learning new systems

• A desire to grow, learn, and potentially cross-train into veterinary support roles

• Creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient

• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communication

• Supporting smooth daily hospital operations alongside veterinary teams

• Maintaining accurate records and handling payments efficiently

• Helping problem-solve client concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Jumping in where needed and supporting the team during busy times

• Learning veterinary workflows and expanding your skill set over time
