Job Description

客服专员的工作向客服主管汇报, 1.  客户日常工作的管理与服务,负责客户订单和需求预测接收与识别; 2.  负责每周将客户最新需求预测及时、准确的按需求格式录入SAP; 3.  负责客户订单交付,与物料计划,生产计划,品质工程师等相关协商,积极推动团队解决订单交付异常及客户紧急需求交付,协助主管及公司完成月/年销售目标达成; 4.  管理客户相关调查(如产能,物料)并及时回复,协助并积极处理客户的抱怨与投诉。 5.  负责管理及降低中间仓库库存及成品物流费用,物流费用的审核与付款及时申请; 6.  对客户订单交付率(OTD)绩效和客户满意度负责,并推动团队改善。 7.  负责对成品中间仓库库存及供应商服务监控,确保满足客户日常交付需求,对循环包材的返回率与及时性负责,每季度对中间仓盘点一次; 8.  其它由其主管或经理指派的工作。 JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1.  大专以上学历,英语读 写流利,听说良好 2.  较强的沟通,协调及问题解决能力,良好客户服务方式及能力, 3.  2年以上工作经验,有外企客服工作经验更佳,office软件操作熟练, 4.  独立工作能力较强,承受压力较强 5.  有团队合作精神。
