As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Waste Connections, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring safety and service excellence for our drivers and our communities.
Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Process customer requests including new service setup, service changes, and service discontinuations.
Accept customer payments and assist with billing questions or account updates.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to determine service needs and resolve issues.
Provide safe, cost‑effective, environmentally responsible solutions to customer service concerns.
2+ years of high‑volume customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A proactive mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction
Ability to problem‑solve and work in a fast‑paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Competitive Pay: $20-$21 per hour
