The Champions Forest Animal Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the medical team in a fast paced veterinary clinic environment. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for both clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
Answer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies
Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Triage incoming calls, e-mails, and messages
Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
Maintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming space
Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
We are a small clinic, all our employees are cross-trained, you will receive hands on animal training to be able to jump in wherever and whenever needed during the day to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care setting
Knowledge of common veterinary terminology and services
Bilingual is a plus - not required
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Comfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animals
Emotional resilience when dealing with injured, sick, or grieving pets and their owners
