The Customer Service Representative acts as a key link between customers, sales, and operations, ensuring seamless order management and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer focus, and deep understanding of products and processes to effectively support customer needs.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective and professional resolutions
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned customers and internal sales teams
  • Act as a key communication bridge between customers, sales, and operations
  • Monitor order status and proactively address potential issues or delays
  • Apply knowledge of product portfolio, availability, and logistics constraints to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, service levels, and customer expectations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and sound judgment in handling complex situations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools


How Would You Stand Out

  • Experience working in a multinational or shared service environment
  • Knowledge of flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, or related industries
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash processes
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
