This position is responsible for maintaining and servicing the assigned customer accounts
through proficient customer knowledge, accurate data entry and proactive communication.

Essential Duties:
Enter and maintain the business system data of customers’ master information, orders,
pricing tables., etc.

Review and validate all customer orders prior to data entry.
Review and confirm all order acknowledgements and re-acknowledgements prior to
submittal to the customer.

Act as the primary point-of-contact for the company regarding customer inquiries, i.e.,
order status, pricing, etc.

Understand customer end-item capacity and usage of Fairfield supplied components and
assemblies.

Solicit and maintain 12 month forecast information regarding customer end items or
Dana Fairfield supplied components and assemblies.

Visit customer facilities and host customer visits (minimal)
Prepare and present customer and management briefings
Review and authorize returned goods requests
Support Accounts Receivable in resolving customer debits
Coordinate activities to resolve customer complaints and achieve customer satisfaction
Understand and operate within ISO standards and procedures
Knowledge & Skills Summary:
Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver high level of customer service and proven track record of following
through with assignments.

Experience with presentations and reports required
Strong computer skills to include all Microsoft Office applications
Experience with AS400/SAP a plus
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in a Business or Technical field desired or equivalent experience
