Job Description

Currently we’re looking for Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team, who will provide customer service support for Hungary. If you value accuracy, good teamwork and want to work in a dynamic, international environment - this role is for you.

Tasks

  • Operate JDE system in the context of CS
  • Receive and handle all orders from the customers and processing them effectively.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
  • Collaborate with logistics, planning, production plants and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
  • Participate in inventory counts of stocks
  • Support audits (internal and external)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes and JDE usage
  • Participate in trainings and development to stay updated on JDE functionalities and customer service best practices.
  • Participation in corporate projects

Requirements

  • Customer Service 2 years of experience – any field
  • English advanced in writing and speaking
  • JDE ERP - nice to have
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills
