Position: CSR/Clerk
**30 hours per week plus benefits

Job Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls from customers and sales team
· Communicate effectively with management, sales and distribution personnel
· Data entry of distributor orders
· Review shipping paperwork for accuracy
· Assist with shipping records
· Assist with shipping and receiving activity
· Review drivers’ deposits and settlement recaps for accuracy
· Scan daily deposits
· Follow up on past due accounts receivables and NSF

Job Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required
2. Basic math and calculation skills
3. Detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills
4. 2 years of experience in customer service and general office experience in an administrative role that includes various Clerical and Accounting functions
5. Fluent in oral and written communication in English
6. Strong computer skills including Microsoft business applications
