This is a remote position.


Customer Service Representative


Join a growing multi-family property management company and help keep lease renewals moving smoothly for a busy leasing team. In this role, you’ll focus on consistent tenant follow-up, making outbound calls, tracking renewal status, and helping ensure signed lease documents are completed and returned on time.


What You'll Do:


  • Make at least 50 outbound calls per day to tenants regarding lease renewals and unsigned lease documents.

  • Follow up with tenants who have received lease renewals but have not yet returned signed copies.

  • Clearly remind tenants to review, sign, and submit their lease renewal paperwork.

  • Track tenant responses and update the team on lease renewal status.

  • Make repeat follow-up calls when tenants do not respond or complete the required steps.

  • Escalate questions, concerns, or unusual tenant situations to the appropriate internal team member.

  • Support the leasing department with basic administrative follow-up related to renewals.


Who You'll Work With:


Be an integral part of a busy leasing team within a growing multi-family property management company, helping tenants stay on track with lease renewals through steady communication and organized follow-up.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Spanish-Speaking:

    Must be able to speak Spanish, as many tenants communicate in Spanish.

  • Solid English Skills:

    Comfortable communicating in English as needed with tenants and internal team members.

  • Call-Comfortable:

    Must be genuinely comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.

  • Persistent Follow-Up:

    Able to call tenants multiple times when needed and stay consistent without getting discouraged.

  • Organized:

    Capable of tracking lease renewal statuses, tenant responses, and follow-up needs accurately.

  • Reliable:

    Able to work full-time and maintain a steady daily workflow with minimal hand-holding.

  • Practical Problem-Solver:

    Able to handle basic tenant questions and identify when something should be escalated.

  • Preferred Candidate:

    Female candidate preferred.

  • Experience:

    General work experience is required.
