Position Location:Budapest, Hungary

Based at the new Shared Service Center in Budapest, the Customer Service teamareresponsible for supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle includingadministration, order management, quotations, master dataCustomer ServiceRepresentativesprovide exceptionalcustomersupport, promptly and accurately when responding to internal and external customer requests. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to our external customersand internal stakeholdersin the field ofadministration,order management, quotations, masterdata.

  • Processingandfollowup allrelevantrequestswithin the division’s guidelines, liaisingwithpartnerfunctions (salesand commercial,distribution, finance)tofulfill customers’ requests orresolve issuestoensuretimelyhandling ofenquiries

  • BecomeproficientinCustomer Relationship Managementsystems

  • Adhere tocompany policies, operationalregulationsand departmental training guidelines

  • Deliver on promiseondaily/weeklymonthlykey performance indicatormetricsEngage in efficiency and productivity initiatives.

  • Work on assignments/projectsasrequired by business expectations

  • Consistently apply and meet theprocessexpectationsanddemonstrateattention to operational detailsand leverage required computer systems tomaintainhigh levelof data accuracy and quality.

  • Maintainrelevantdaily customer service reports

  • Assess individual customer requirements andifrequireddirect activities to appropriatepartnerdepartments

  • In order tomeet the seasonal requirements of the business, it is advisable toparticipatein cross training and cross support activities, which involve joining assignments to other customer service teams

Experience:

  • Relevant customer service experienceis preferredinanSSC/multinationalofficeenvironment,but freshgradsare also welcome

  • Experience withERP systemspreferred but not essential

Education:

  • Requires a high school diploma or a Government Body award.ABachelor’sDegreeis preferred but not essential, candidates with relevant experience and knowledge will also be considered.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires repetitive typingand regular use of a computerplus multiple displays

  • Most of the other physical demands are typicalwiththose associated with an office environment.
