
Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Veterinary Hospital

Location: 981 S. McPherson Church Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303
Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented veterinary practice. We operate on a walk-in basis, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a busy environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(1-hour meal break)
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and managing a multi-line phone system
Checking in clients and their pets efficiently
Processing client billing and payments after services
Scheduling surgeries and boarding appointments
Handling medication refill requests and processing prescriptions
Providing excellent customer service to clients and patients
Supporting the veterinary team with daily front desk operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of veterinary customer service experience (required)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Must work well with others
Reliable transportation required
