Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to interact with the customers, understand their issues, take down their requests and orders, and provide them direction on resources available to them. Be able to understand and clearly explain to doctors over the phone and through email Versah’s products and how to use them with different implant systems and in clinical procedures.

This position is located in Jackson, Michigan.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·Interact with Versah customers over the phone and email

·Answer questions about Versah’s products and services

·Process orders and transactions

·Explain clinical procedures and help direct customers to online resources

·Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems

·Deliver information about a company’s offerings

·Provide proactive customer outreach

·Handle customer complaints

·Collect & analyze customer feedback

·Develop and document knowledge into helpful content

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service-related field
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed as well as proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations.
  • Ability to work standard departmental hours of 40 hrs/per week, in addition to holidays and overtime as needed.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
