The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding support to dealers and consumers through phone, email, and administrative assistance. This role requires accurate order entry, timely responses to inquiries, and efficient handling of day-to-day tasks that support overall business operations.

Work Conditions: This job operates in a manufacturing office environment with some exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, fumes, oil, or other outdoor elements. This role requires regular computer use, and sitting for extended periods of time with lifting up to 10 lbs.
