The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all customers who contact the Busch Group in the UK.
The role holder will have a varied role ranging from dealing with customer enquiries for technical support and spare parts to arranging service engineer appointments. In addition, you'll also work closely with workshop colleagues to update customers on their repair, process orders, whilst also reviewing and dealing with service contracts and quotations.
With a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, the ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset and work to contribute to the continued growth of the business
