
Main Purpose of the Role:
To be the first point of contact with customers about matters relating to their incoming cargo. To ensure that all import documentation is prepared and distributed according to the established standard. The position must also ensure that a high level of customer care is provided to both internal/external customers.
Main Tasks:
Five CXC /GCE O’level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
At least Two (2) years experience in the shipping industry.
Diploma in Shipping Logistics or equivalent (optional).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite.
Awareness of the effectiveness of interpersonal skills.
