About the role

We’relooking for aCustomer Service Representativewho thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.In this role,you’llhandleback-to-backinbound calls, helping customers troubleshoot products, complete setups, and resolve issues. You’ll also manage claims, replacements, and escalations, while identifying opportunities to educate and upsell customers on Brio products.This isa great opportunityfor someone who is detail-oriented, coachable, and energetic, withstrong communicationskills and a desire for growth within the company.

What you'll do

  • Handle highvolume inbound calls and providetimely, professional support
  • Assistcustomers withproduct setup, troubleshooting, and technical guidance
  • Processclaims, replacements, and warrantyrelated requests
  • Resolve customer concerns with a strong focus oncustomer satisfaction and retention
  • Accurately document interactions and updates in internal systems
  • Identifyopportunities toupsell products or services(no commission, bonus incentives available)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain a positive,solution-orientedattitude in afast-pacedenvironment

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years ofcall center or high-volume customer service experience
  • Experience supportinge-commerce customersis a plus
  • Familiarity withERP systems (Sage preferred)is a plus
  • Experience usingSalesforce or similar CRM toolsis a plus
  • Strong communicationskills with abubbly, personable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handleconstructive feedbackand continuously improve performance
  • Highlydetail-orientedwith strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay

  • $22.00 per hour
