Knudson Lumber is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for every customer while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sales floor.
As a valued team member of Knudson Lumber, your number one priority will always be making sure our customers receive the best customer service. All team members must greet customers with a warm smile, offer assistance, or guide them to the most appropriate team member. Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately is also part of the responsibility.
CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST – all other duties follow customer service.
This is not an all-encompassing job description. As a small company, each team member is expected to assist wherever necessary when asked by management or members of the leadership team.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
