About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be to provide outstanding support to our clients after they come on board through our Sales Team. You’ll ensure each customer enjoys a seamless experience — one that not only meets their needs but exceeds expectations.
This role is fast-paced and varied, requiring excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, sales team, and operations — ensuring that every interaction reinforces Abco’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle inbound phone and email inquiries with professionalism and care
• Track and manage sales orders to ensure our 24-hour dispatch promise is met
• Manage and respond to live chat queries through our website
• Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints
• Keep clients informed on changes to order ETAs, backorders, and related updates
• Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders
• Prepare and send quotes, then follow up to convert opportunities into orders
• Review and record special pricing arrangements
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct proactive telesales calls as required
