Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers in person and outside at the U-Haul center

• Assist with U-Haul rentals, returns, and services

• Clean, inspect, move, and hook up trucks and trailers

• Prepare rental paperwork and process returns

• Complete other tasks as needed (cross-training provided)

• Participate in paid training and certification programs (Propane and Forklift certifications available)

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Work indoors and outdoors

• Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. (with or without assistance)

Work Environment:

• Work around vehicles, equipment, and machinery

• May be exposed to fumes or chemicals

• Safety equipment may be required
