Baierl Chevrolet Collision Center

If you're looking for a fast-paced, enjoyable environment to kickstart your career, Baierl Chevrolet Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative NOW!

Pay $18-$25/hr depending on experience.

Schedule Fulltime, manager will discuss during interview

What You'll Do

  • Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts

  • Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software

  • Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables

  • Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted

  • May occasionally close repair orders

  • May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing

  • May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software

  • Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Body Shop Experience (preferred)

  • Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred)

  • Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
