Due to an internal transfer, we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic all-rounder to join the team and help us keep things moving.
About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, as a key member of our Whangarei branch, you’ll be involved in both front counter service and stores operations. You’ll be the face of TWL to our customers while also keeping things humming behind the scenes.
Your day will include
Serving customers in person, by phone, and online
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
Receiving goods, data entry into inventory system, and stock control
Maintaining tidy, well-presented product displays
Processing sales and preparing required documentation and invoicing
Supporting stocktakes and cyclic counts
Ensuring excellent customer service and safe work practices
What You’ll Bring
Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts (preferred)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
Physically fit and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Great communication and a team player mindset
Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to get one)
