
The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as both the first and last point of contact for our clients, playing a critical role in delivering a consistently exceptional client experience. This position requires a detail-oriented, dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with team members.
The ideal candidate is extremely reliable, highly organized, performs well under pressure, and demonstrates strong computer proficiency. Experience with Avimark, Cornerstone, or Impromed practice management software is preferred. Familiarity with USDA APHIS regulations and the VEHCS system is highly desirable.
Applicant MUST have veterinary front desk experience, work extremely well with others and under pressure, be familiar with Avimark, Impromed, or Cornerstone and be computer savvy.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and send reminders/follow-ups
Greet clients and gather patient information accurately
Process payments and maintain medical records
Provide post-visit instructions and promote services and preventive care
Support daily front desk and practice operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Veterinary experience preferred
Comfortable with practice management software and technology
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Lifting up to 40 lb may be required
