Our Customer Service team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Customer Service Representative

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for addressing and facilitating all customer inquiries, requests, or complaints through the designated skill set and assigned channels. You will play a crucial role in fulfilling transactions and resolving concerns within established productivity and quality standards.

What the role will entail

  • Address and facilitate customer inquiries, requests, or complaints in person and through assigned channels
  • Provide exceptional service and support in line with EastWest's commitment to service excellence
  • Efficiently fulfill customer transactions while adhering to productivity and quality standards
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or finished a two-year vocational program
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Customer Service/BPO
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be conversant
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
