
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following:
Check and handle drafts sent by the clients to avoid any misinformation.
Check VGM data in the system to check for missing information
Late arrival requests control
Loading intention
Print originals Bl and make them available to the clients.
Communicate with customers to establish better relations
Work closely with Sales Team having better comprehension regarding Customers' needs
Requirements:
Degree in Trade International business, or related areas
Upper intermediate to advanced English level
Office 365 mainly excel and word
Customer Service Ability
Multi-task
Customer-oriented
