About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our vacation ownership operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers with account-related needs, reservations, and general inquiries while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.
This position combines customer interaction, administrative responsibilities, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling both phone and computer-based tasks throughout the day.
