Job Description

GENERAL (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job):

Avoid any disruption at the customer's plant, monitor errors, communicate any machinery issue an escalate issues that can cause a risk with our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance):

Establish and maintain positive communication with external and internal costumers. Monitor the activities of our clients daily through the systems used by each of them.

  • Daily monitor of customers systems (Covisint, FCA portal, Honda, GM, and others)
  • Run release error report in order to assure accurate customer orders are in the SAP system.
  • Make contracts (SSA’s, SO’s, Proto SO’s) in the SAP system to assure release information in loaded into the system.
  • Run Delivery Orders (DO’S) in order to meet customer needs for shipments.
  • Close tasks in campfire and follow up until price is entered in the orders.
  • Daily monitor of customers systems. Maintain and dispute what corresponds to MP&L department.
  • Monitor customers score card and take an action if need it.
  • Manage and handle expedites shipments if customer needs it and make sure of PF codes are correct.
  • Escalate issues with supervisor and/or with manager before the customer might be impacted.
  • Teamwork with other departments in the plant in order to meet customer needs.
  • Complies with ISO 14001 according to FSA-346 Matrix of Roles Responsibility and Authority.
  • Assist and participate in mandatory training sessions.
  • Realize each function within the internal work guidelines and regulations, Code of conduct, follow Security rules and guidelines, comply with having a cleanliness and Hygiene general environment and follow other policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement tasks according to established plans.
  • Participate in simulated emergency drills as part of the evacuation brigade and lead staff personnel.
  • Not limited to other functions assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • All the responsibilities and follow the authority assigned according to the FTM-EHS-12 Roles, Responsibility and Authority Matrix from ISO 14001 /45001
  • Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE (Required occupational qualifications and other requirements)

EDUCATION

  • Obtained bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English. Minimum Level B2 - upper intermediate

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in automotive companies.
  • Desire mandatory trainings by client (In case of not having them, they will be programmed in the annual training plan)
  • SAP System preferably

KNOWLEDGE

  • EPR system SAP
  • Customer systems (DDL-SMART)
  • Shipping orders (DO’s, SO, Shippers)
  • Release error (EDI)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
