Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers while having a can-do attitude and willingness to always help
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, greeting by name, creating account ownership, being responsive and timely, and displaying a caring attitude
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities
• Assist wherever needed (a team player attitude)
• Ability to arrange and coordinate shipping/transfers when needed
• Strong detail-oriented and communication/listening skills
• Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operation of the office
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Assist with completion of special projects
• Work well in a team environment as well as individually

Requirements

• Must be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude with an outgoing personality
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform basic math equations
• Exhibit professional and courteous etiquette in all situations
