Work alongside board-certified specialists in a Level II Critical Care Facility
Build valuable skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Greet and support clients with empathy during urgent and emotional situations
Manage high-volume calls, walk-ins, and emergency scheduling
Communicate clearly between clients and the medical team
Assist with patient intake, records, and billing
Help keep the hospital running smoothly during busy emergency caseloads
Strong customer service skills and a calm, professional presence
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and teamwork
Experience in veterinary, medical, or fast-paced service environments preferred
This is a full-time, rotating schedule that includes:
Every other weekend and holidays
Rotation between:
One week of four shifts (approximately 3 PM – 12 AM)
Followed by one week of three 12-hour shifts (12 PM – 12 AM)
