We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Angkas.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing problem resolution through various channels including phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, and chat.
  • You will deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing exceptional service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
  • Additionally, you will provide personalized customer service by understanding and responding to the unique needs of each customer.
  • Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

At Angkas, we are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who possesses:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience or any client facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English
  • Ability to work on a shifting schedule and amenable to work onsite 5x a week
  • Amenable to start in a project based contract
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!

Interview process includes: 1 day hiring process! You may expect the following assessments;

    • Mock call assessment
    • Typing test (passing 35wpm)

We believe that motorcycles are low-cost, versatile, and most of all, already widely adopted for personal use and therefore an effective solution. They are currently underutilized though as a for-hire service, and it is our mission to increase their accessibility to more people.
